light fixture for over a 10 gallon?

Any one know where I can get a light fixture that fits over a ten gallon tank? I found a greenhouse one pretty cheap but to bad it is WAY to long. I also wanted to know what conditions are decent for a lowland tank? Also watt amount of wattage should I use for and amp and bical? Thanks for any help!
