Before I go the commercial route, just thought I'd check if anyone has enough for me to start an outside summer culture (prefer smaller species). They would seem to be a more benign alternative than the mosquito larvae I'm currently using.
As for possible trade material, this would obviously depend on what the daphnia owner wants but a number of my plants may be receptive to division (ie: Heli, Sarr, etc) or I may have spares sitting around (ie: D. prolifera, U. alpina, U. pubescens, S. psittacina, etc).
