LED lights

Hi guys! My first set of grow lights arrived and I would like to know if they are at the required distance for them. They are 2 LED pannels with red and blue lights. Pics attached.

you'll have to monitor the plants to know the optimum distance. I'd get them as close as I can without the lights over heating and cooking the plants while still having good light spread and coverage. Then slowly back them off if the plants start showing signs of to much light.

Well the lights are not emitting much heat, but i prefer keeping the lights a little farther to serve all plants. My main concern would be actually "how far can i keep them and still have enough light for them?". But maybe it is how you said it and I'll have to try. Thanks!
