LED 22w White grow panel VS LED 100w grow light

Hello botanists,

I have a 2.5 x 2 ft indoor greenhouse which is currently being lit by a 600w (actually pulls 100w) LED standard Chinese 'blurple' grow light with two (loud) in-built fans. This light is achieving lots of new growth and I'm pretty impressed with the results, however the LED is loud and I feel like it's a bit of overkill for my nepenthes.

My question is would the Yescom LED 22w white panel be enough light for my 10 plants? I'm leaning towards the white panel as it's silent (doesn't have fan), and gives off a cool white light compared to the intense purple/blue light.

Do you think this will be enough light for my maxima/miranda/alata/ventricosa?
