It looks like an EP hybrid. I beleive its an N. Red dragon

N. thorelli 'giant tiger' (green form + red stripe)

The red form is actually orange peristome with red stripes. Yours looks like an all red, squatter version of the giant tiger. But then thorelli is so diverse it can resemble anything.
