So I’m getting this problem where all my keiki’s are doing just fine up until this point. They get here and then they just stop growing. Should I apply more keiki paste? Bag the node? What should I do?
Looks fine to me. Certain species and hybrids after reaching a large size will develop their nodes to that point without progressing into active growth points. I would not use keiki paste. It's easy to overdo it and negatively impacting the plant for a while.
Oh. That be too bad if it didn’t grow though. How would you overdo it? I’d assume like just coating all the nodes with the stuff right? I only do one node per plant until they get big enough to take cuts or they don’t take. Is this still dangerous? I haven’t really heard anything bad about keiki paste.
