Just fed my vft 4 flies

I just felt like sharing. I think I might have killed one fly in the freezer, but three others should feed it nicely.

Are flies the best food for a vft? How long do they usually take to digest?

My largest plant digests one in over a week. Great source of nutrients a fatty fly can give to your VFT.
