Hi guys, I'm interested to cover the peat moss of my Heliamphora's pot with a portion of a Java moss. Would be harmful to plants?. I was searching in the forum, but found nothing about it...
I would personally not risk it, many non-sphagnous mosses can end up being rather invasive or in some cases even toxic to carnivorous plants. Stick with sphagnum, since it's already a portion of the soil as is.
