Is this what I think it is?

I was told this is a Pinguicula moranensis. It has been doing fine putting out new leaves, coloring up a nice reddish color, and catching gnats. Now it seems that it might be putting out a summer flower.

Am I right?

Yes, that's a flower.

Very nice. Now I will have to figure out how to pollinate it so that I can give some seeds away.
