Is Hot Glue Okay For Carnivorous Plants?

I am wondering about using hot glue to use it as an adhesive, is this ok for the plants?

I probably want to hot glue LED light strips to a rack. Is this ok?

Hot glue should be perfectly safe around plants. But I would use something else, like zip ties to attach your lights to the rack. Less messy, stronger, and is less likely to cause damage to the LEDs.
