I think I got bugs

A few days ago, I transplanted my VFT to a pot out of my terrarium. I noticed a couple days later that there was little brown specks on the traps. I figured they were just some pieces of sand and/or peat moss from when I transplanted them. I decided to wipe the specks off. I came back a couple days later and they are there again.

Also, the "specks" tend to be on the underside and hinges of the traps.

I would like to know what these "specks" are and how to get rid of them.
