It's Hypoestes phyllostachya.. and it keeps popping up in all of my pots. I can't figure out how in the heck it's getting all over the GH's.

I dunno what the round leaf thing is in the first pic but I've got it growing on the back wall of my male Violin Mantis' tank, it showed up a while after I inoculated the wall with some outdoor moss clumps. It bloomed once a couple months ago but I didn't get a shot of it in time - and now I don't remember what the bloom looked like!
