How to transplant?

What is the best way to transplant this

It hasn't grown much at all but stays dewy and even put out another plant.
I believe it is a P. primuliflora and is about the size of a dime if that helps.

If I can't transplant it, would I be able to take a pulling?

Just scoop it up - the roots on pings aren't long by any means.

I have just heard that they are very fragile so I didn't want to harm it.
