One way is to wrap it in foil, and keep it at room temperature. I don't know if you can store the pollen in the fridge, probably yes since it's pollen and not nep seeds.
we place the flowers in ziplok bags and put them in the refrigerator. It works, but not for long. The longer the pollen is stored, the less viable. For us, after six weeks, it's no good.
