How to register hybrid?

Morning Everyone
I have a sarr flower maturing and two nep pollen deals going on so I thought id ask...how do you register a sarr/nep hybrid? No, not cultivars. Do you have to fil out a form ...etc? Links would be helpful.

Just register it as a hybrid, not a cultivar like adrian slack.

Just use double quotes. No registration necessary. If there's a plant you like, you can call it Sarracenia "Lance's Favorite" or whatever you want. If you spread the plant around and it's worth anything, the name will catch on. That's what happened with the ones HERE in double quotes.

However, unless it's really something special, you should probably just refer to a plant by its parentage. This leads to less confusion and uncertainty about the origin of a given hybrid.
