how to pollinate

can someone just quickly go over how to pollinate a nep flower to get seeds. I have a ventricosa hybrid that is showinga leaf that is about to emerge with little white balls in the inside.

I pollinate my Female Nepenthes flowers by a small paint brush. I pick up the pollen by the tip of the brush and powder up the tips of the female flowers till they have a good coating of pollen.
