How to made a 'akai ryu' in the lab?

'Akai Ryu' is a specific clone that was bred by Ron Gagliardo of Atlanta Botanical Garden. As such you can not "make" one since any attempt to make an all red VFT would be a new clone that was not 'Akai'.
Now you could clone and 'Akai' in the lab but it would be easier and more economic to just buy one here.

there is only one species of VFT, what you are thinking of are cultivars.
In the lab? You need growing medium, a microwave or pressure cooker and bleach amongst other things. It's just not worth it.
