How should misting be setup in a grow tent?

Hello all,
I just got a mistking misting system a few weeks ago and Im am struggling with how I should have this setup. I have an 8ft by 8ft grow tent, and I am trying to decide if this should be setup on a hygrotherm or if this should be timed? I am concerned that I am over watering the plants with having the mist system setup to turn on when the humidty gets below 75%. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I would PM Vraev about it, he used one for a couple years.
I'm sure he would be a good resource.... I know he went through some growing pains with it's use.
