How long does it take to come out of shock from repotting?

It will stop growing for about a week after repotting in my experience.

Depends on how much you disturb the roots. If you simply take the plant out of it's pot with the whole root ball undisturbed and plant it in a larger pot, it should recover fast. Sometimes if you disturb it too much they won't fully recover until next year after dormancy is over. It is always recommemnded that you don't disturb it during active growth and only transplant during dormancy.
