I have this in the greenhouse in the UK

Do I reduce the water like in VFT's until march and is it going to be ok outside in the greenhouse?

Yes, reduce the amount of water during dormancy. From what I have read--and what Fred has said elsewhere here on the forum--the greenhouse will be fine all year provided you keep the plant in living sphagnum sitting in water during active growth.
