Hey y'all. I'm Adam. I'm getting back into carnivorous plants after 13 year hiatus. So much has happened. I just got my first cp in over a decade last Sunday, a mystery nepenthes from my LGS, and bought what is supposed to be a N. Miranda (bought from Amazon, so we'll see).
About me personally, I actually used to be a member here but got out of the hobby and decided to find a forum. Turn out this place used to be my old stomping grounds, so to speak. I'm a veteran, one deployment in 2009-2010, a welder by trade, and a woodsman by heart. What's a woodsman? If you know what bushcraft is, it's that but it's the old-school name. For those that don't know, it's a set of any variety of skills from felling trees, to woods medicine, survival, hunting fishing etc.
In addition to CPs, I'm an avid gun enthusiast, hunter, traditional archery enthusiast, antique axe and tool enthusiast, knife maker and so much more.
Thank you for having me back!
