Help Can i use this water for CPs

Hello everyone were i live we have these water dispensers for 5gal jugs. I went on there website and it says our water never exceeds (TDS 50ppm) i believe it is a RO system one of the other steps is ultraviolet disinfection. They are serviced daily i know because i would see them every morning on my way to work

If the ppm never reaches above 100, it should be fine for most plants, however every couple months it may be a good idea to flush the soil with distilled or rainwater anyways.
