That spot could be the start of a fungal collapse. If you're growing it in that covered tray you definitely want to stop doing that. Closed containers like that can easily get far too hot for all of the plants you've shown. Nepenthes also do not want to be sitting in water the way that your sarracenia does. You are probably providing way too much humidity too. Misting, especially if the plant is sitting out in the sun could explain that damage. A drop of water sitting on the leaf catches the sun and magnifies it, burning what's underneath.
