Looks pretty good considering what it went through to get to you!

I am anxious to hear how the plant fairs in your local climate. The clay pot and the sphagnum should help to keep it cooler from evaporation.

Joachim, that's a beautiful plant!  I can't tell what size the pot is - it looks irregular in the photo.  I thought that the pot size was inhibiting the growth of mine, but yours seems to be in a very small pot.

Does heliamphora need much root space?

Hi,

the pot size is about 10cm. The root systems of all of my Heliamphora are not very big and they grow in relative small pots.

Wow! those are huge spoons jochahim! my heliamphora refuses to grow, well, it grows very, very slow
