Having fun with my camera

Since I started with my carnivorous plants I have really missed having a camera other than my phone. So I decided to get back into photography at a junior level and purchased a Canon R50 and a RF 24-105 F/4-71 IS Stm lens. Am loving the new camera as trying to get a good focus on something like the Drosera scorpiodies and the D. capensis can be tricky at times. The R50, like I believe a lot of new cameras have - a feature called focus stacking and that has really helped broaden the focal plane to a deeper focus. Thought I would share a few first photographs. These are right off the camera.

Nice! I had bought a Cannon EOS Rebel T1i quite a while back when they came out. I used it some, but never really enjoyed it. I rather just quickly grab a photo and share it. But I definitely like to enjoy photos that others have taken time to really capture well. Good job, looking forward to more. :)
