I will probably post on CP's occasionally, but it will mostly be me discussing principals of photography from the perspective of a relative noob. I might just show how crazy I get, have some good ideas for some projects...

I enjoy keeping a journal. I have a blogger but I don't use it much because it logs me out of youtube since I have it on different emails. Rather annoying. My journal's link is in my sig. They are great tools especially if you tag stuff and need to look it up years later.

Yes, It is especially good to have a journal with photography or art. It is even nice to see the progression in my photos in my photo thread.
