Full spectrum

What is so bad about full spectrum bulbs? I don't know the real reason not to use them I have just heard people say not to use them.
I just bought a new terrarium and am using 2 40 watt "Sunshine" or chroma 50 bulbs along with 2 40 watt cool white.

This is a good lighting setup right?

The Chroma 50 "Sunshine" bulbs are the lights that I have been using for years now and have gotten great results with.
