It's funny that you ended up letting him go, because I was thinking "Dang, I feel bad for that little guy" when I read this thread. I probably would have let him go too

One of mine caught a small lime green grasshopper the same way! I let him go at the end of the day. Figured if he survived that long he deserves a break! I had one trap catch a fly who's head was the only thing that didn't get sealed in. He didn't make it!
