Flowers

Should I cut the stalk off to stop it from flowering,it should be going dormant now! I have cut down watering and temperature and put her in not too much light with my VFT,leave them till late Feb/March? Don't want to harm them regards from England

Hmmm... that depends. The plant thinks it is spring, My indoor VFT's do that all the time while I put them into dormancy. I cut them off, but being a sarracenia and NOT a VFT... Let it flower and it might not go dormant properly but cut it off and it just mi.ght make more. You probably need a more expert opinion however.

Cut the flower. The plant will go dormant after that. Some Sarracenia will flower in fall, but yours is clearly going dormant.

I'd gently break the bud off with my fingers. It'll be tender and freeze off anyway.
