Finally have a female how to collect pollen? Pollen is hard

So far I have 5 healthy males and finally a female. My nepenthes that just flowered the pollen was very powdery easy to collect (which I didn't do). The one that's in flower now it's just not powdery at all in fact it's rock hard/sticky? But it doesn't smear when I touch it. I plucked some and stuck silica packets to dry it out but the female is just starting to open on two different vines so any suggestions? Should I still just remove a fresh stalk and try to pollinate or stick in fridge/dry out in the hopes it turns to powder?

If the anthers didn't open to release pollen, you're not getting viable pollen from it. In the photo there are no open anthers, so no available pollen, and they won't open after being removed.
