The Complete Joy is the only homebrewing book that a beginner needs. Once you're past that, you can find all the prose and recipes you'll ever need on the internet.

same can be said for growing CP's, this forum has more info than any book............still its nice to be able to pick up a book on a topic yah like and read.........
