Exo Terra Digital Humidity / Temp

I have had mine less than a month and the humidity side has become defective reading humidity in the 40% range when in fact it is in the low 80% range. I placed it in the fog stream and it only reached 69%. Anyone have a better brand in mind? It worked long enough to confirm the accuracy of the mechanical gauges so I might just go with it and maybe add a couple more to place at each end.

I'm using Lucky Reptile Thermo-Hygrometer Deluxe Pro D). I have 2 of them and they've worked great for several years now.
