Example of dormancy?

Would ya say that this D. paradoxa is dormant?

Ironically, in the same conditions, it's brother is just fine.

That second one looks awesome. The media has the same moisture level, correct?

Not that I checked, mind you, but they're both in that mini-greenhouse. I just shipped the "good one" out. Everything else in there is just fine - Neps, ordensis x paradoxa, petiolaris, adelae, even the lone kenealleyi!
