educate me on mp3 players

well, i took the plunge and bought an ipod video 30gb. gotta throw some stuff on it this weekend so i listen on the road. thanks for the comments/opinions everyone!

I think there's something in development codenamed 'Origami', but they can't decide whether it should just be an iPod rival, or something different.

Did you handle the nano technoracer? Not as many features as the more expensive one, but the size and thinness is unbelievable.
Did you go for black or white too?

no alvin, i just went for the big one and got the black ipod. i kinda just went there and bought the one i thought would be good and i'm just now learning the software and such. seems pretty good so far!
