Drosera shrinking and dew-less?

Hi! I’ve had a drosera capensis (alba) for a little over 4 months now, and when I originally got it, it had longer leaves and was producing a decent amount of dew. However, ever since a month to month and a half ago, I’ve noticed the tendrils slowly getting smaller and smaller, they are no longer having any dew, and it looks like they’re drooping downward? Does anyone know what could be happening? Here are two pictures of the same plant at slightly different angles:

Please let us know as much detail as you have on the growing conditions. What water are you using? Light? (source, distance and length) Temp? (day and night)

I’ve mostly been watering my plant with rain water, but it doesn’t rain often where I live, so I’ve had to switch to tap water occasionally. (But that won’t be a problem soon because we’ve just been hit by a tropical storm.) I usually water my plant everyday or every other day, unless I notice the soil is extremely wet. I have the plant on the windowsill of my Southeast facing window, in a semi-enclosed case to keep humidity higher, along with a grow light above it. The temperature probably ranges from 65-77 Fahrenheit, without much fluctuation throughout day or night, because I have it inside, although I’m just giving an estimate.

While it's an 'easy' species to grow it can be a challenge to just set up the general conditions needed for a semi-tropical Drosera. You might benefit from an overview/review of what is needed in the way of growing conditions, You can find that here: Growing Semi-tropical Drosera
