Drosera binata floundering, please advise

checked in on this baby (lives on the windowsill in the kitchen), really seems to be struggling? almost no dew, new growth turning black, weird deformed new leaves, mold(?) on soil--not sure which of these things are major concerns/connected. if anyone has insight i'd appreciate it (i tend to be an overzealous caretaker so i'm trying not to freak out, don't want to change a lot at once for an already stressed plant). thanks!!

From what I can make out, the soil probably needs a change and the plant could probably also then use more light once re-settled; a deep pot with very good drainage and full sun is best for the binata complex.

How long have you had it? How much light does it get?

Definitely more light. I've also seen this kind of thing with bad soil. Good example is this stuff. https://zoomed.com/reptisoil/. This stuff is marketed for carnivorous plants but I'm pretty sure this stuff almost killed my D. nidiformis. Definitely might be a good idea to re-pot in either a standard rinsed CP peat/sand or peat/perlite or in pure LFSM. D. binata bounces back really quickly from repotting (if they even skip a beat from it). A tall pot probably wouldn't hurt either. Those plants have some gnarly roots.
