What kind of dog is that?

the big one? german shorthair.......my "do it all hunting dog" mainly for upland birds, but also for stock pond ducks and blood trailing big game......we were looking for ground squirrels and jack rabbits today.....

the lil one is my wifes mini x normal dachshund though she is mini in size.......as much of a hunter as the GSP but cant be trusted off leash......

Those flowers in the last pic are really pretty! What are they?

pasqueflower, prairie crocus, wind flower......Pulsatilla (Anemone) patens.......usually the first wild flower to bloom here.........
