Does Anyone Grow D. Vulgaris
This is my time growing one & I'm trying to figure out if I'm on the right track or not
It started to spike about 3 months ago & it's growing, but very slowly
Figured it would have opened/started producing a leaf by now
The spikes on my other VooDoo Lilies {S. Venosum / A Konjac} open fast / Like with in a few weeks
Is it common for this one to take so long

Read it was more of an arid species so I don't keep it in the greenhouse with my other ones
Have it in the garden next to my Sarrs were it get a lot of sun
Water it sparingly
Am I doing something wrong or I'm on the right track & it's just a slow grower
