Does D. sessifolia flower = seed?

My D. sessifolia is putting up a flower stalk. Will it self pollinate?

i had burmanni(closely related) seeds given to me a while ago. and only one germinated. from that plant i got about 100 seeds. all of which germinated...outside in the bog garden. those grew up and i have thousands of seed now. the little seedling popped up a little after new years 07
