Does anyone have experience with Dyna-Gro Foliage-Pro 9-3-6?

I have a Tina and Weser that I need fertilizer for. I know that people recommend MaxSea 16-16-16 and Schultz Cactus Plus 2-7-7, but these are not available where I live (Norway) and I can't simply import fertilizers.

wait for spring and take them outside in the shade, here in France I take them out from mid-May. they will then find enough insects to eat
what are their substrate?
