So I went out to count my flowers today when a little somethin' caught my eye. I decided it was time to break out the ol' camera.

What a cute little guy! He was maybe 1cm long.

He agreed to show me his pretty eyes for a while.

But then apparently the contents of the Sarr pitcher became more interesting.

Darn! Just exoskeletons left.

My focus here was spot on. I can't even blame this on these being handheld shots. No, the little guy JUMPED at me right as I took the shot.

Spiders are such tempermental models! He just turned his back on me and went about his business. I just like the hairs on the head in this one. hehe

Thank you for bearing with my ridiculous commentary and overly-large pictures. But what's the point of macros if ya don't get the detail, eh?

I love little jumping spiders, so cute.

Awesome pics! Too bad they aren't that size in real life!

Very nice pics Est. These look great. Thanks for sharing.

Beautifully done Est! I love jumping spiders. For some reason, they always seem more intelligent than other insects and spiders. Constantly trying to figure things out :)

Very good photography Est.

Ever wonder how they fit eyeglasses for spiders?? So many darn eyes.... ;)
