Deformed Flowers?

I have a Tokaiensis (sp?) that i got a while back from someone (Thanks!). Now they're flowering, or I believe they are. But the flowers... each look different? Are they different plants, or just ahead in the flowering process? But, Sometimes when I take pictures on the tripod, the pictures will be large, some will be small. I don't change the settings when I take pictures but its kinda annoying, so does anyone know why?

Well Halt, each plant will develop their stalk differently, stalk shape will never be the same, it isn't deformed, they are the same you'll have to wait until they flower.
