Some say ladybugs, but everyone has their own opinion. I really feed them anything, just no larger than half or 1 third the trap size. Enjoy!
Yes, welcome to the forums. Well, basically you shouldn't give them anything too big (over one third of the size of the trap) . Also, I wouldn't give a VFT any isects with a hard shell, they tend to rot the traps. That is also just from my experience. Good luck and have fun with the forums and CP's!
