Fungus knats
They don't look like fruit flies

its a mix of both actually...........fungus gnats from the soil.....fruit fly escapeies from feeding my frogs.......

i got the same thing when i had madagascan giant hissing cockroaches. my room was full of them

(the fruit flies, not the cockroaches)
