D. whittakeri / D. auriculata flowers

drosera guy
Hi, my "easier" tuberous Drosera are in flower right now.

Drosera whittakeri ssp. aberrans:

Drosera auriculata (sown October 2002):

Very nice Jan!  Is this the first time your auriculata has flowered for you?  I was just curious, because I sown D. auriculata seeds late September, 2003, and they have not grown "vertically" yet.  Did your plants grow vertically in their 1st season?

Yes a bit. Actually not all died back, most grew through the summer. The flowering ones died back and came again during the last 2 months.
