D. regia

I have some seedlings that's sprouted the first week of November. I have been keeping them in trays with a heat mat underneath and humidity dome on top. I plan to grow them with my highland neps however having not had much luck in the past with d.regia seedlings ( if only I could find a plant for sale in Canada!) I thought I would ask some advice as to how long should I wait before I move them out of the heated seed starter trays?

I wouldn't heat em, D. regia likes cool temps.. what are the temperatures you are growing them in and what is the room temperature where they are growing?
