I have been looking very hard to find this plant but I cannot find it anywhere at all. Links would be greatly appreciated. I have come to a dead end and I really need help finding this plant.

From what I understand, PinguiculaMan's wife lists starter plants of this cultivar periodically on e-Bay.  You could always just wait a few more weeks or months and check e-Bay listings regularly, and I am sure it is bound to turn up sooner or later

The ebay ones go for around $30 so you should be prepared for that.

As far as e-Bay prices, Drosera regia 'Big Easy' does sell for considerably more than most plants.  But if you really, really want the plant and it will make you happy to grow it, then $30.00 is cheap.
