D. petiolaris f all red flowers

Hello people,

I have a picture of my D dilatato-petiolaris flower and D. petiolaris f all red. Apparently i read it was mislabelled and it was suppose to be another form of dilatato-petiolaris.

Here is the flower, maybe some of you guys can help with this discussion to clear the air about the mislabelling of plants
