About a year and a half ago I was given seeds of D. montana - tomantosa and a few plants germinated for me. They made it through the winter and since they have neither died nor flowered, they really received much attention from me, other than watering. Today, while packing off a specimen to someone, I noticed a couple baby plants and a colony of different sized plants. Do they spread as does a D. spatulata or aliciae?
