Tuberous sundews do best in a very open, easily draining mix with a lot of sand or perlite. Sow those seeds now, on just moist soil, and after 6 or so weeks of hot temperatures, drop the temps to around the 50's-70's Fahrenheit and keep the soil moist, with lots of sun.
